This week's featured anime series is "One Outs". Hiromichi Kojima, the star batter of the Lycaons, heads to Okinawa to train and bring himself out of a slump. There, he meets Toua Tokuchi, a 134 kmph/83 mph pitcher and the undisputed king of a gambling form of baseball called "One Out." At Kojima's urging, Tokuchi signs up with the Lycaons. According to Weekly Shounen Magazine, Mashima Hiro's manga "Fairy Tail" was announced to get a TV anime adaptation. It will be aired this autumn. The production studios are A-1 Pictures and Satelight.

A theatrical film adaption of the Macross Frontier television anime series will open in Japan under the name Macross Frontier the Movie : The False Songstress. The teaser trailer for the film was released tomorrow in Japanese theatres, which during the same day the pre-sale tickets will be sold. The movie is scheduled to premire on November 21.
